About

Built inside a grooming fleet, for any small fleet.

Fleetdy started inside a mobile grooming company that could not answer a simple question at the end of the day: are the vans ready for tomorrow? The answers lived in three group chats and one person's head. We built one place for them, and we are now opening it to other small fleets.

Why we started

Three vans, three group chats, and nobody sure.

Every evening the same questions came up. Who checked in the second van, and was the water tank really full? Did anyone fix the generator that stopped last week, or was it reported twice and fixed never? Why is the shampoo shelf empty again when someone said they would order it? The information existed. It was just spread across photos in a chat, a note on a dashboard and a manager's memory.

We tried spreadsheets and checklists. They lasted a week, because a groomer at the end of a shift will not open a spreadsheet. Whatever we built had to take less time than sending a message, and had to give the owner a real answer without calling anyone.

So we built Fleetdy for our own vans first: a check under 30 seconds at the start and end of a shift, one place to report a problem and see it through, supplies that show up before the shelf is empty, and a board that says which vans are ready. Then other small fleets asked to use it.

How we work

The rules we build by.

01

Small on purpose

We onboard a few companies at a time and a person sets each one up. That is how we hear what actually happens in a fleet, and fix it fast.

02

Under 30 seconds

Every driver action, from check in to reporting an issue, is designed to fit on a phone between two jobs. If a step does not earn its tap, it goes.

03

One board

Owners and managers see readiness, issues, supplies and maintenance together, so the answer to "are we ready for tomorrow?" is one look, not three calls.

Where we are

San Antonio, Texas.

Fleetdy is a small team in San Antonio. Every beta request and every support email lands with someone who works on the product, usually within a couple of business days.
